Orrido di Botri
This spectacular natural canyon is situated in the Serchio Valley. It is a real natural canyon inserted in the homonymous Natural Reserve, it is 4.5 kilometres from Montefegatesi.
The gorge has walls are up to 200 metres high. This nature reserve is home to Golden eagles, porcupines, marmots, pine martens, and wolves.
If you visit without a guide, it is mandatory to have a helmet and good non-slip hiking shoes for the water.

We loved the property in a top location, in a great little village, the locals were friendly and helpful. so sweet. Very clean, good facilities with a good shower. Great views from the balcony of the mountains and Danti’s monument.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Casa Lizluba! The area was beautiful and peaceful, and the property itself was spotless with excellent WiFi. The location couldn’t have been better, with plenty of stunning wildlife to enjoy. The local cafe served delicious food with a great variety of options. I’m already looking forward to returning, it was truly a memorable experience.
